Privacy

Controller. The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Marc Anthony Lensch, Essener Straße 4, 66606 St. Wendel, Germany, reachable at [email protected].

Hosting. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as a processor. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (including your IP address) to deliver and protect the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in secure operation). Server logs are retained only as long as technically necessary. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.

Email contact (booking). When you contact us by email, the information you provide (sender address and message content) is processed solely to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: arranging a performance, or Article 6(1)(f)). Messages to [email protected] are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google mailbox (Gmail; Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC, USA, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Messages are deleted when they no longer need to be retained.

No cookies or tracking. This website does not set cookies, use analytics or tracking services, load external fonts, or embed third-party content. All content is delivered from this domain; a consent banner is therefore not required.

Arcade game. Your highscore, language and voluntarily entered player names with their score and level are stored exclusively in your browser’s local storage. The leaderboard retains the five best submitted runs and the most recently saved run. Volume and soundtrack choice apply only to the current page session; reopening the arcade starts with Dub at 50% volume. Game scores and names are not sent to a server. You can delete these settings through your browser’s site data controls.

Your rights. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). Send enquiries informally by email to [email protected].
